If you choose to apply for a loan we may ask you to state financial information
such as income history, amount and type of assets, liabilities, and marital status.

In order to provide the products and services which you may desire or to provide
you with information about the products and services that Oasis Ford offers,

If you are not a Oasis Ford customer and you are on our mailing list or if you do not want information
about the products and services Oasis Ford can provide, you may want to discontinue receiving mail,
e-mail or other solicitations. We respect your wishes and will remove you from our lists. Please send your name, email address,

In the event you are removed from our lists, we still need to communicate with customers on a regular basis to
notify them of service issues, or other items that may affect their relationship with Oasis Ford.

barred. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be

You many not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without Oasis Ford's prior written consent. Subject to that restriction,
this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors
